Gabriel McClover
Dedicating himself to bettering the lives of others, Gabriel McClover has used the skills he acquired in Fortune 500 companies to start a successful vegan restaurant in a small meat-and-potatoes town. From plant-based cooking schools to “vegfests,” Gabriel continues to find new ways to share his passion for physical, mental, and spiritual health.
