Many people have unhealthy relationships with food and with their own bodies. For teenage Tiffany Bartell, anorexia gave her what felt like control in a life where she felt powerless. Reflecting on her own experience, Dr. Bartell shares what was helpful in her journey to recovery and how best to communicate care and concern to those with eating disorders.
